About Us

G&G Auto Sales, LLC (“G&G”) is a licensed auto dealer and registered broker with all major U.S. online auto auction platforms (including Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and others). We provide a full-service solution for car dealers, wholesalers, and auto traders who want to expand their business and increase their buying power in the U.S. by accessing used and insurance auto auction inventory, but they do not have their own dealer license, broker authority, or premier auction account access to buy vehicles on their own.

What We Do

G&G provides global buyers with a secure gateway to access America’s premier online auto marketplaces. If you do not have your own U.S. dealer license, broker authority, and auction account access, we can provide a solution for you! G&G offers a safe, secure, and efficient solution to buy cars in the U.S. from Copart, Manheim, Insurance Auto Auction (IAAI), and other premier auction house platforms, without needing to invest the time, cost, or complexity of creating your own licensed dealership in the U.S. Instead, G&G already holds the required licenses, bonds, and premier auction accounts to buy vehicles from major U.S. platforms and premium rates, as your broker. By selecting G&G as your brokerage service partner in the U.S., you will gain access to our dealer-level pricing, our national auto auction network, and our 20 years of experience.

How It Works

G&G operates as a remote, online-only auto dealership, an ideal solution for international buyers who want to purchase U.S. vehicles at premium, fixed-fee dealer rates, and want to avoid losing margin on traditional dealer costs, overhead expenses, and sales reps. Instead, we pass these savings down to you, and simplify the car buying process. Here is how it works:

1. Register & Complete Onboarding. All clients must register and complete an enhanced due diligence (EDD) screening and KYC process.

2. Account Activation. Once approved, our clients receive a unique account ID and access to our network systems.

3. Search & Bid. Clients can browse listings via our dashboard, place purchase orders, and set bidding parameters, all under their unique G&G issued account.

4. Auction Processing. Winning bids are handled directly by our team with the auction house directly. You transact only with G&G, not the auction.

5. Payment & Title Transfer. Our service team will arrange title transfer and coordinates payment (cash and third-party payments are not accepted).

6. Buyer Protection. If for any reason you cannot export your vehicle, G&G can offer solutions that are not available if you bought directly from the auction.

7. Shipping. After completing your purchase, our team coordinates directly with the auction so that your carrier can dispatch directly to the auction.

Our Commitment to Customer Service and Compliance

We are equally committed to exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance. All our customers will be subject to an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Bribery and Foreign Corruption Policy. Among other controls, we do not do business with any sanctioned or prohibited persons, and we will never broker vehicles intended for sanctioned countries or territories. G&G will never accept cash, money orders, or third-party payments made on your behalf, and we will conduct screening on all customers and their ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) against the latest BIS, OFAC, and other denied-party screening databases. We will also take active steps to ensure our vendors and downstream service partners meet their own compliance obligations, and G&G requires our regional distributors to maintain their own compliance policies that meet or exceed the legal requirements of the U.S. law and their local regulations.

G&G has done business for nearly two decades, and its longevity as one of the oldest and most reputable dealers of its kind in the U.S. demonstrates both our commitment to our customers, and our commitment to maintaining legal compliance and integrity. • Customers should consult independent professionals before proceeding with any vehicle purchases or export transactions. Nothing contained on this website or in any other materials by G&G or its service partners and affiliates shall be construed as legal, tax, or customs advice.

• Buyers are responsible for all sales tax, import/export duties, tariffs, and fees, and agree to indemnify and hold G&G and its service partners and affiliates harmless from any such liabilities.

• By conducting business with G&G, you release and waive all claims inconsistent with the company’s Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time.

• G&G is a U.S. company subject to the laws of the U.S.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

• G&G may work with sales representatives, distributors, or shipping providers; however, G&G and its customers disclaim liability for any independent actions or omissions by such third parties, and, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and reflected on our valid G&G invoice, we are not responsible for any such transactions you may have with any of our service partners or affiliates, and all such transactions shall be strictly separate from your transaction with G&G and the sale of vehicles to you by G&G.
